Hi, my name is Tristan Clark, I am an SMT operator here at RBB. What you're seeing right now is our newest piece of equipment, the Mi-200 from Micronics. We recently got it over a year ago and it is our fastest and most accurate SMT pick and place factory machine. As you can see in the background here, we are one at a time, placing this difficult switch on to this board at the current moment, making sure that placing accurately and getting a good vacuum take on each individual placement. It’s placing it onto about eight different positions per board and each one has only four little small plots of solder on it. That placement’s very crucial that’s why it keeps it spot on.
