RBB is proud to support and invest in our local community, and we’ve partnered with the college on multiple occasions to provide learning and internship opportunities for the students looking for careers in electronic manufacturing. This video specifically goes over the operation and purpose of a BGA Rework machine.  ## Watch the Video ## Quality Management and Compliance at RBB RBB is dedicated to stringent quality compliance to both industry standards and customer needs. Our company’s core purpose is to Empower People and Serve Others, and we do that through various partnerships in our community. We are always looking for ways to create learning opportunities for students and our own team, provide opportunities for hands-on experience to the community college, and make meaningful charitable donations through RBBF, [the RBB Foundation](https://www.rbbsystems.com/rbb-foundation).  We support education, health improvement, and poverty relief, whether through a collaboration like the video above or through donations via RBBF. Generosity is a foundation of our business, and a fundamental part of the RBB identity–and it’s played a major role in how the company has grown and evolved over the past years.
