We understand how important it is to receive on-time products that are precisely to spec. Use the checklist below while filling out the request a quote form to ensure your quote is turned around quickly.

1. Fill out these required form fields:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Company
• Email
• Phone
• Assembly Description
• Quantities to Be Quoted
• Technologies 
• Special Testing Requirements
• Today’s Date
• Date First Batch of Assemblies Is Required
• How Many Different Electronic Assemblies Are Required?
• What Is the Estimated Annual Usage for Each Assembly?
• What Custom Parts Does Your Assembly Contain?

2. Attach these required files where indicated:

• Gerber File
• Bill of Materials (BOM)

3. Include this information in the Additional Information field to further expedite the process:

• Mailing Address
• Name of Project
• Target Unit Price
• Engineering Contact (if Applicable)
• Whether a Preferred Supplier List, Special Pricing, or Any Registered Parts Are Required on the BOM
• Whether the Assembly Requires Testing (if Not Indicated, “Yes” Will Be Assumed)
• Whether the Assembly Requires Programming (if Not Indicated, “Yes” Will Be Assumed)
• Whether the Assembly Can Be Quoted Overseas (if Not Indicated, “Yes” Will Be Assumed)
• Whether the Assembly Is Required to be RoHS Compliant (if Not Indicated, “Yes” Will Be Assumed)
• Whether RBB Can Suggest Substitutes (if Not Indicated, “Yes” Will Be Assumed)

4. Attach these optional files where indicated:

• CAD File
